How we work

Remote and async

Meetings only when writing will not do. Decisions are documented in files, not in Slack threads that disappear. 1-2 hours of synchronous time per day, the rest is deep work.

Code review is mandatory

Every PR goes through review. We have tests, ESLint guardrails, pre-commit hooks. We do not merge in a rush. Better code means fewer incidents means fewer weekend shifts.

Short iterations, long horizon

We sprint in weekly cycles but think in 3-year architecture. We do not build MVPs we throw away. Every decision has a rationale recorded in `.claude/decisions.md`.
